Comments:
Our move from California to New Braunfels entailed having two escrows being processed concurrently that were intended to be timed with close of escrow of our California property timed with close of escrow with our New Braunfels property within five – seven days. We have a family need to insure closures of both escrows finalized as close as possible. Add to that a mid February trip that my wife made to New Braunfels for 4 days whose purpose was to find “the” property she wanted…place a contingent offer, and fly back to California. That was my challenge. This is what I asked of Kathy Walker Group… Of course there were many hurdles… results were all issues that arose were handled with the utmost professionalism and apparent ease. And we closed California property on the 5th of March and closed the Texas property on the 12th of March. The Walker Group met all, and then some, of my expectations. I cannot begin to say how happy I am with the Walker Group…they over achieved and did an outstanding job with almost impossible challenges! The Walker Group are the mission impossible team!
